Sandy Boyd – Front Line Worker – 2nd Floor Women’s Recovery Centre

June 27, 2018 in:

My names Sandy and I work part time frontline at the 2nd Floor Women’s Recovery Centre. I have a passion for working with women and opening up their minds to their creative side. You’ll usually find me in the craft room looking for little projects we can do throughout the days to past the time. I always have a smile on my face and try to spread positivity in whatever ways I can. The clients know me as someone who they can be silly with and let their creative side run wild. My favourite part about working at the 2nd Floor is seeing everyone learning new things about themselves during their time with us. My clients recovery is something so special to see and I’m appreciative that I am apart of their journey to becoming a butterfly.

As a new resident of Cold Lake I’m just enjoying the seasons as they come and go. If I’m not at work you can find me outside enjoying the beautiful summer weather with my puppy Charlie.
