I have been working with families for over twenty years advocating, guiding, and supporting families as a Family Court Worker, Family Enhancement Worker, Healthy Families Home Visitation Worker, and Family Group Conference Facilitator. I have two sons and I enjoy biking, singing/playing guitar, baking, reading, arts and crafts, and picking and preparing natural healing medicine throughout the year. I volunteer for various events in the communities such as the Horse Trail Ride, Rights of Passage, and pick berries and sage/sweetgrass with community members. Help provide one-to-one support by mentoring, empowering, and supporting women to identify personal goals, addressing housing, domestic violence and custody issues, enhance parenting skills/techniques and connect with other community supports. Something that I love about my job –guiding, supporting, and encouraging pregnant women who are struggling with alcohol/drugs to change and better their lives. “Don’t let life discourage you: everyone who got to where she is had to begin where she was.”
