Meet Pateresa, our Court Support Coordinator and Summer Camp Supervisor! Pateresa first started at LCFASD back in 2018 and has worn many hats since then! She began her journey as a summer camp leader and continues to have an active role in summer camp as the Camp Supervisor. She enjoys mentoring new camp leaders and seeing campers have an environment developed just for them. After camp, her passion for working with youth with FASD led her to the role of Transition Coordinator. In this role, Pateresa supported clients and their families as they prepared to enter adulthood. Returning from maternity leave in September 2024, Pateresa accepted the role of Court Support Coordinator and has been actively developing this new program ever since! Pateresa supports clients with their court matters across the Lakeland Service Area. She actively works on breaking down the barriers that our clients face within the justice system. On her off time, you’ll find her in the garden or out for a bike ride. Pateresa loves a good concert, who doesn’t love live music! She is a proud wife and mother (with another babe on the way!) Pateresa attended Portage College receiving her Community Social Work diploma. She is beyond grateful to live, work, and play in Treaty 6 territory and all the beauty it has to offer!
