Meet Paula, our Prevention Program Manager!

Paula has over a decade of experience in addiction, recovery and prevention, and currently serves as the Prevention Program Manager. She began her career in 2012 as the Supervisor and Addictions Coordinator at the 2nd Floor Women’s Recovery Centre, where she gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in recovery, particularly women. This role allowed her to strengthen her leadership, program development, and client support skills.

In 2018, she transitioned into her current role as Prevention Program Manager, where she leads initiatives focused on preventing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). In this capacity, she manages and coordinates prevention programs, collaborates with community partners and raises awareness about the importance of FASD prevention. Driven by a passion for empowering individuals and promoting healthier communities, she is committed to creating lasting positive change.

Paula enjoys working for such a great organization and is appreciative for the supportive and collaborative environment. She is proud to be part of a team that shares a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the community.
