With over 7 years of experience at the 2nd Floor Women’s Recovery Centre, Sandy’s journey is a testament to her commitment and passion. She began as a frontline worker, providing essential support to women in the program for 4 years, before transitioning into a supervisory role, where she has been for the past 3 years. Sandy’s compassionate and empathetic leadership has been instrumental in fostering positive outcomes for both the women in recovery and her team.
