About our Staff-Kendra

March 15, 2024 | In:

Hello, I joined the Lakeland centre for FASD team in the summer of 2015. I started out as a Mother-to-be-Mentor and transitioned into the role of Diagnostic Manager, this past year. In my current role I assist clients through the diagnostic process and coordinate with clinicians, community members, and the client’s along with their support network.

My background is in the human service field and although I took a long road with a few detours, I am proud to say that I graduated from the Red Deer College in 2015 with my diploma in Social Work. More recently I completed the FASD and Education certificate program from Bow Valley College. It was during this program that I discovered my joy for supporting families through the diagnostic process and helping them find the supports they need.

My husband and I moved to the Lakeland area in 2015 and since being here we have welcomed three beautiful and busy boys into our life. We enjoy the opportunities this area provides for outdoor activities and as a family we spend a great deal of time in nature.
