ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARDS-Jina Martowski & Alysia Bernicki

LCFASD is very proud to recognize Jina Martowski and Alysia Bernicki with our 2018 Rookie of the Year Awards. This award is given in good fun to recognize an employee in their first year of employment from the main office and 2nd floor that have created positive energy for the organization and are perceived to be a great fit with the LCFASD.
JINA MARTOWSKI came to us from a completely different career path and she took the bull by the horns, she is compassionate, hardworking and empathetic. She enjoys making a difference in the lives of her clients and their families and always goes above and beyond. This award winner is personable and easy going with clients and co-workers and provides a listening ear to all. Congratulations Jina!
ALYSIA BERNICKI always comes to work with a smile on her face! She is eager to help clients through day to day issues and teach them new skills. She is always a joy to work with. Her work ethic pushes her colleagues to go above and beyond every shift. We have no doubts that she will continue to nurture great relationships with both the clients and her fellow staff members. Congratulations Alysia!
