The Lakeland Centre for FASD offers a Mocktail service to the Lakeland area and we would like to share with you some of our favorite recipes!
2 pkg. KOOL-AID Lemon-Lime
Flavor Unsweetened Drink Mix
2 qt. pineapple juice, chilled
1 liter Sprite, chilled
Gold Sanding Sugar
Simple syrup
In large pitcher pour pineapple juice and mix in Kool Aid. Stir until everything is mixed well. Add in the soda and mix well. Dip edges of glasses into simple syrup and then into the gold sanding sugar. Fill glasses with punch.
Simple syrup recipe – boil sugar and water in saucepan over medium high heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely before using.
